What are the pelvic bone repair and pelvic floor muscle repair methods

Pelvic repair is not the same as pelvic floor muscle repair. 1. Pelvic repair refers to the correction of the bones of the pelvis after pregnancy and childbirth when the pelvic tilt or the separation of the pubic symphysis is not restored in time after delivery. The pelvic position is corrected through manipulation and exercise. Common methods are: (1) Flat ground curls: strengthen the abdominal muscles, lift the legs off the ground, thighs perpendicular to the ground, and keep the knee joint at about 90 degrees. (2) Stirrups on the bed: lie flat on the bed, hold your head with both hands, and do stirrups from slow to fast, alternately and repeatedly. (3) Sitting posture correction: when sitting, let the thighs and calves at 90 degrees, so that the legs are in a relaxed state. 2. Pelvic floor muscle repair is the process of repairing the muscles of the pelvic floor. Pelvic floor muscles refer to the muscles that close the pelvic outlet, most notably the anorectal muscles. The weight gain during pregnancy and delivery, the weight of the fetus and amniotic fluid, the weight of the placenta on the pelvic floor, and hormonal changes in the level of the anastomosis cause damage to the anastomotic muscles. Repair methods are: (1) Physical therapy: electric stimulation therapy, magnetic stimulation therapy, biofeedback and magnetic-electricity combined therapy are used. (2) Kegel exercises: lie flat, bend both knees, contract the muscles of the buttocks and lift the anus upwards. Keep the pelvic floor muscles contracted for five seconds, then slowly relax. After resting for five to ten seconds, repeat the contraction exercise. Continue for 10-15 minutes each time. It is recommended that patients under the guidance of a professional doctor for pelvic or pelvic floor muscle repair, as early as possible to standardize the treatment and training, so as not to cause secondary damage.
