Swollen face and swollen hands in the morning have physiological and pathological causes, and pathological causes are commonly found in kidney disease, heart disease, liver disease and so on.
1. Physiological reasons: drinking too much water before going to bed or lack of sleep, slow circulation of body fluids, water collection in the tissue gap will lead to swelling of the face and hands.
2. Pathological causes
