Autologous bone marrow transplantation, generally priced between 100,000 and 200,000 RMB, is the process of isolating the patient’s own hematopoietic stem cells beforehand, freezing them in liquid nitrogen, and then quickly resuscitating the frozen hematopoietic stem cells after the patient has been pretreated, and then returning them to the patient’s body. Since there is no rejection in autologous HSCT and the pretreatment protocol is relatively light, patients have fewer complications, generally no obvious infection, bleeding, rejection and graft-versus-host disease, and the cost is relatively low, usually 100,000 to 200,000 RMB. Autologous bone marrow transplantation is often used in the treatment of malignant diseases such as lymphoma and multiple myeloma, with better results.
