Ear buzzing, dizziness and nausea

Consider the possibility of Meniere’s disease if you experience buzzing in the ears, dizziness, and nausea. Meniere’s disease is more common in men and most often develops in middle age. The typical symptoms are sudden onset of vertigo, and buzzing in the ears and deafness. The onset of vertigo is often accompanied by pallor, cold sweat, nausea, vomiting, and even a drop in blood pressure and other reflex vagus nerve stimulation, and the onset of symptoms lasts for several minutes or even hours, with long and varied intervals. In some patients, tinnitus, dizziness, and nausea can also occur when blood pressure increases, and nausea, vomiting, and vertigo can also occur when vaginitis occurs.
