Early stage pancreatic cancer patients may have no signs and symptoms such as obstruction of eating, vomiting after eating, epigastric pain and so on may occur in the progressive stage. 1. Patients with early stage of cardia cancer often have no symptoms, but some of them may have choking, fullness, epigastric pain, etc. Burning and tingling sensation in the epigastric region may also occur. 2. In the middle stage of cardia cancer, there may be weight loss, obstruction of eating, vomiting after eating, epigastric pain and low fever, anorexia, anemia, malaise and other symptoms. A mass may be palpable in the epigastrium with pressure pain. Epigastric pain is often related to eating, mainly in the left upper abdomen. 3. Patients with advanced stage of cardia cancer may have difficulty in eating, and in severe cases, they can only eat liquid diet. Increased pain in upper abdomen, vomiting blood, black stool. 4. Metastasis of pancreatic cancer to liver may cause pain in right upper abdomen and fever. Metastasis to lungs can cause cough, eructation, hemoptysis, etc. Involvement of pleura can produce pleural effusion. It is suggested that patients with pancreatic cancer should consult the doctor in time after diagnosis and get treatment as early as possible in order to get better therapeutic effect and prolong the survival period.
