Cerebrovascular disease refers to various diseases of the blood vessels in the brain, including cerebral atherosclerosis, thrombosis, stenosis, occlusion, cerebral arteritis, cerebral artery injury, cerebral aneurysm, intracranial vascular malformation, cerebral arteriovenous fistula, etc. The common feature is to cause ischemic or hemorrhagic accidents in brain tissue, resulting in disability or death of patients, and the incidence accounts for 1/4 to 1/2 of total neurological hospitalization cases. Patients with the following conditions 1. Paroxysmal or persistent weakness, immobility, clumsiness or numbness of one limb. 2.Sudden difficulty in speaking or understanding other people’s words, crooked mouth, drooling, etc. 3.Sudden dizziness, unstable standing, or accompanied by nausea, vomiting, etc. 4.Sudden blurring of vision in one or both eyes, or even complete blindness. Or seeing things only halfway (visual field defects), seeing things distorted or in streaks or waves. 5.Sudden onset of seeing things with double vision, numbness on one side of the face, choking on water, difficulty in swallowing and hoarseness, which may or may not be accompanied by nausea and vomiting. 6.Sudden onset of bursting headache, or other forms of unbearable headache, accompanied by nausea and vomiting. 7.Sudden onset of unconsciousness, which may be transient or continuous, or alternating with drowsiness. 8.Sudden onset of weakness of a single limb, sustained or transient, such as dropping chopsticks from the hand, lasting from a few seconds to a few minutes, which can recur. 9. Sudden onset of weakness in the limbs, sometimes even leading to falls, etc.
