Why do you have congenital hypospadias?

The reason why there is congenital hypospadias is due to the fact that during maternal development of the fetus, the urogenital groove, which is longitudinal on the ventral side of the genital node, stops the process of closing from posterior to anterior, and therefore, leads to congenital hypospadias. There are four types of congenital hypospadias: I. Penile head type. II. Penile type. III. Scrotal type. IV. Perineal type. For hypospadias, early detection and early surgical treatment are recommended so that normal standing urination can be effectively restored and sexual function and sex life can be effectively restored in adulthood. For patients with congenital hypospadias, they cannot have normal intercourse, so they cannot complete normal ejaculation, leading to infertility in adulthood.
