The most common imaging manifestation of nodular disease, also known as sarcoidosis, is enlargement of the hilar lymph nodes, which is not the same depending on the extent of the disease. 1. In stage I, bilateral hilar lymph node enlargement is the most common manifestation. 2. In stage II, changes in the pulmonary manifestations can be seen, and diffuse lung lesions are common, which may be accompanied by bilateral lymph node enlargement. 3. In stage III, diffuse lung lesions are common. 4. In stage IV, fibrotic lesions are present in the lungs, which may be accompanied by the formation of honeycomb lungs. The causes of nodular disease are commonly related to genetic, infectious, environmental or immune abnormalities and other factors, and it mostly occurs in women aged 20 to 40 years old. Nodular disease belongs to systemic systemic diseases, and it can involve almost all organs or tissues of the body. There are no obvious signs before the onset of the disease, and the general symptoms are fatigue, low-grade fever, night sweats (sweating abnormally after going to sleep and stopping after waking up), and weakness, etc. If the patient feels unwell, he/she should not hesitate to contact the doctor. Patients who feel unwell should consult a doctor promptly to avoid delays.
