1.Patients with primary diagnosis of tuberculosis who have never received anti-tuberculosis treatment. 2.Patients with primary diagnosis of pulmonary tuberculosis who have received anti-tuberculosis treatment for less than 1 month; or the duration of treatment is greater than or equal to 1 month, but the follow-up chemotherapy remains the same as the original regimen. 3, 2 positive direct sputum smear microscopy (smear positive); or 1 positive smear + 1 positive culture (bacteriophage positive); or although 1 positive smear, but confirmed by the case discussion or competent professional physician, chest X-ray shows active TB lesion shadow, still classified as smear positive. Those who meet the above terms (1) + (3) or (2) + (3) are considered primary treatment smear-positive TB. The World Health Organization (WHO) classifies smear-negative but culture-positive cases as smear-negative tuberculosis.
