Neurological headaches do not cause numbness in the fingers. Finger tingling may be caused by cerebral hemorrhage, cerebral infarction, cervical spondylosis, and diabetes.

3. Diabetes: If prolonged poor glycemic control, may cause peripheral neuritis, patients can be manifested as numbness of the fingers, most of the bilateral, blood glucose test can be a clear diagnosis.
