Kidney stone is a common clinical disease, if not treated in time, the stone will further increase and enlarge, eventually leading to hydronephrosis, infection, pus accumulation and kidney function loss. The treatment of kidney stones is tricky, especially multiple kidney stones, which often require open surgery or even “nephrectomy” for complete treatment, and the traditional open surgery has deep lesion location, large surgical incision, heavy postoperative pain and long recovery time. Patients are unwilling to accept it, and extracorporeal lithotripsy can only solve 10G-20% of the stones, so patients have to endure the torture of stones, sometimes severe pain in the back, even with nausea and vomiting. Percutaneous nephrolithotomy solves the pain of kidney stone patients. Percutaneous nephrolithotomy is a technique to diagnose and treat diseases in the renal pelvis, renal calyces and upper ureter through percutaneous pelvic channels, and is an important part of endovenous urology. It only needs to pierce a small hole in the patient’s waist, (see figure) to remove the stones in the patient’s kidney and upper ureter, relieving the pain caused by kidney stones. Patients can eat and get out of bed in 12 hours after surgery, and be discharged from the hospital in about 3 days an.
