What if the bracket won’t fit?

Stents cannot be put in and stents are put in, usually when the coronary vessels are severely stenosed and the patient has severe ischemia, then coronary artery bypass grafting in cardiac surgery is recommended.
When the coronary vessels are severely narrowed, there is a risk of myocardial infarction, sudden death, etc., and surgery is needed to release the stenosis, usually the first consideration is to implant a stent, and when the vessels are significantly calcified or have multiple stenoses, it may not be possible to implant a stent, then cardiac surgery for coronary artery bypass grafting is recommended.
If the patient is unable to tolerate coronary artery bypass grafting for medical reasons due to advanced age, or cardiopulmonary, hepatic, or renal function, then the patient can only rely on aggressive medication, such as isosorbide nitrate, aspirin, tegretol, atorvastatin, and other medications. The drugs try to control and improve myocardial ischemia and reduce the risk of cardiovascular malignant events.
When surgery is not possible, we can only rely on medication, and at the same time, patients need to pay attention to a healthy lifestyle, low-salt and low-fat diet, quit smoking and drinking, control blood pressure, blood glucose, and blood lipids to reach the standard, avoiding physical exertion and emotional excitement, and regular checkups, and timely visits to the Department of Cardiology for follow-up to adjust the therapeutic medications.
