The patient, a 63-year-old male, underwent incision and internal fixation for femoral neck fracture in an outside hospital. He was diagnosed with non-union of femoral neck fracture and femoral head necrosis, and after perfect examination, total hip replacement was performed. The patient was able to get out of bed and walk 2 days after the operation, and the pain disappeared with satisfactory results.
