But if we eat when we are hungry, then the toxic digestive juices will be reabsorbed by the body; but if we do not eat dinner, then the toxic digestive juices, will be absorbed by the intestinal tract dietary fiber and become fecal excretion. But “no food” is not absolute, there is no electric light in ancient times, can afford to light the oil lamp is also a minority of people, there is no TV, computer, night life and its poor, so sleep especially early. In this way, the most important meal of the morning and afternoon is hastily passed by us, and in the evening a bigger problem arises. The modern meaning of dinner has been far greater than eating a meal, due to the relative abundance of time, dinner is more like a leisure activity, about three or five friends outside while eating and chatting, and perhaps a few glasses of wine, which should be simple dinner into a mountain of food, eat at every turn on two or three hours is not a normal thing. So will it be better to go home for dinner?
