Symptoms of a woman with cysts

Women with cysts, in the case of localized ovarian cysts, such as chocolate cysts, may experience progressively worse menstrual pain and may manifest as infertility. If there is a localized cyst in the cervix, it may be preceded by increased vaginal discharge or corresponding symptoms such as lumbosacral pain, and a gynecological examination often reveals small greenish-white vesicles locally in the cervix. If there are no conscious symptoms, for cervical cysts no treatment can be needed and regular check-ups are sufficient. For chocolate cysts of the ovaries, it is recommended to actively treat them accordingly, while for others, such as plasmacytoma or mucinous cysts, if the cysts are found to be larger than 5 cm in diameter, it is best to treat them with appropriate surgery.
