Hai Fu Knife, i.e. magnetic resonance-guided focused ultrasound, is a new means of non-invasive treatment of uterine fibroids, suitable for single uterine fibroids with the longest diameter ≦10cm, and multiple uterine fibroids with the sum of the longest diameters ≦10cm, in addition to the need to meet other conditions. The following conditions need to be met at the same time: International Federation of Gynecology and Obstetrics uterine fibroid staging type 2 to 6; preoperative magnetic resonance shows that uterine fibroids have no intestinal obstruction to the abdominal wall or can be eliminated through treatment; thickness of subcutaneous fat ≦4cm; the furthest distance from the skin of the abdominal wall to the target area of the treatment of fibroids ≦14cm; and the patient’s general physical condition is good, and is able to tolerate prone position for two hours or more. There are also contraindications to the treatment of uterine fibroids, such as those who cannot be clearly diagnosed and those who grow rapidly within a short period of time.
