What to do if you feel hungry frequently after meals

Frequent hunger after meals is common in hyperthyroidism, tuberculosis, diabetes and so on.
1. Hyperthyroidism: patients with hyperthyroidism have excessive secretion of thyroid hormone in the blood, which often causes clinical symptoms such as agitation, irritability and insomnia, fatigue, panic, excessive sweating, weight loss, hyperphagia or diarrhea. You can take propylthiouracil and methylthiouracil for treatment.
2. Tuberculosis: common is tuberculosis, the main clinical manifestations of afternoon hot flashes, night sweats, cough, persistent emaciation and so on. Tuberculosis requires early, regular, moderate and combined use of anti-tuberculosis drugs, such as isoniazid, rifampicin, ethambutol, pyrazinamide.
3. Diabetes mellitus: It is mainly due to the decrease of pancreatic islet function leading to the decrease of insulin secretion and the insufficient ability of sugar intake, which can lead to the frequent feeling of hunger. Oral metformin, acarbose and other hypoglycemic drugs can be taken for treatment.
The above drugs should be used under the guidance of professional doctors. If the above situation occurs, it is recommended to consult a doctor in time for reasonable and standardized diagnosis and treatment.
