Hymen examination is very simple, but it needs to be examined by a professional and experienced doctor. Because there is no relevant experience or knowledge of hymen examination, there is no way to determine whether the hymen is normal or abnormal, whether it is intact or ruptured. Because the hymen is located at the vaginal opening, the examination only requires the patient to take the lithotomy position of the bladder and the doctor to separate the labia for examination. At the same time, in order to determine whether the hymen is ruptured and whether the rupture is fresh or not, the hymen can be touched with the hand or localized hand dilatation inspection. If the hymen is relatively intact, it proves that there is no sexual intercourse. If there is a rupture of the hymen, it is important to check whether the rupture is fresh and to determine whether the patient has recently had sex or whether the rupture has occurred because of previous sexual intercourse.
