14 weeks is a few months

Clinically, one gestational month is 28 days, or four weeks, so 14 weeks of pregnancy is three months plus two weeks of pregnancy. At 14 weeks of pregnancy, the fetus has entered the middle stage of pregnancy, when the fetus is more stable and most pregnant women’s early pregnancy reaction disappears, which is a more comfortable stage during pregnancy. At this stage, the fetus’ organs are fully developed and its five senses are clear, so its need for nutrition has increased. From this time onwards, the pregnant woman’s body starts to change dramatically, with significant weight gain, an enlarged uterus and a bulging abdomen. The 14 weeks of pregnancy is a critical period, pregnant women need to pay attention to the regularity of life and a balanced diet, to maintain emotional stability, to ensure sufficient rest to facilitate the growth and development of the fetus, and it is recommended that under the guidance of the doctor, the maternity check-ups are carried out on time.
