Endometrial thickening refers to the thickening of the lining of the uterus, but taking progesterone doesn’t necessarily drop clots, and there may be increased bleeding.
Endometrial thickening is treated with progesterone in what is commonly referred to as a medicated curettage approach. Progesterone is a progestin hormone that stimulates an elevation of progesterone in the body, causing the uterine lining to shed clots and bleed, thinning the thickened lining. However, it’s not always the case that a thicker lining will result in large blood clots, it could just be a case of increased bleeding.
It should be noted that the use of progesterone may appear dizziness, nausea and other phenomena, if the symptoms are serious or bleeding, then it is recommended to consult a doctor in time to identify the specific causes, symptomatic treatment.
