Temporomandibular arthritis is clinically known as temporomandibular arthritis. First of all, conservative treatment, if not effective, can take aspirin or fenpropathrin or ibuprofen. There are many causes of TMJ, and the first step is to identify the cause and treat it symptomatically. The common causes are disorders of the occlusal relationship due to teeth grinding and inflammation of the joint due to muscle involvement. Bad habits need to be changed. If TMJ arthritis is caused by lateral chewing that occurs due to tooth decay on one side, which aggravates the burden on the TMJ area, the teeth need to be treated promptly and changed to bilateral chewing. The daily diet of TMJ should be noted, not to eat raw and hard things, usually try to avoid large open mouth movement, such as eating half an apple in one bite, otherwise it is easy to aggravate the disease, you can use hot towel wet compresses, or massage the TMJ area, you can also use physiotherapy. If TMJ cannot be relieved by using physical therapy, anti-inflammatory drugs, such as naproxen sodium, or aspirin, can be used. Sedative and pain-relieving medications such as oral fenbid capsules, or clozoxazone tablets or ibuprofen can also be taken to relieve pain. If there is also masticatory muscle spasm, you can also take relaxant drugs to relieve the pain. Therefore, TMJ can be relieved by taking aspirin or fen-phen and ibuprofen.
