What’s wrong with waking up in the morning with back pain?

Getting up in the morning with back pain may be caused by improper sleeping posture, lumbar muscle strain or kidney stones.
1. Improper sleeping posture: If you sleep in an improper posture, the lumbar region causes weight-bearing pressure, making the lumbar region abnormally stressed, and when you get up in the morning because the lumbar region is stressed for too long, the tissues are compressed, and the symptom of lumbar pain will appear.
2. Lumbar muscle strain: If you do running, jumping, lifting heavy objects and other strenuous exercise before going to bed, resulting in lumbar muscle strain, sleep at night due to the accumulation of lactic acid produced by the muscle tissues in the body, there will also be the symptoms of getting up in the morning back pain.
3. Kidney stones: If you suffer from kidney stones, when you sleep due to the special position, making the stones embedded, when you get up in the morning due to changes in position, making the stones move down, or embedded in a narrower position, the surrounding tissues produce stimulation, may also appear symptoms of low back pain.
