Which surgical procedure is better for nail cancer

Which surgical method is better for thyroid cancer, i.e. thyroid cancer, needs to take into account which type of thyroid cancer the patient belongs to, the stage of the cancer, the patient’s physical condition and the condition of the patient in order to determine which surgical method is more suitable. There are four types of thyroid cancer surgery: partial thyroidectomy, total thyroidectomy, lymph node dissection and wide excision. Common types of thyroid cancer and surgical methods are as follows: 1. Follicular carcinoma, papillary carcinoma, medullary carcinoma: these types of thyroid cancers are less malignant, if the tumor is small, only partial thyroidectomy is needed to remove the tumor and clear the surrounding lymph nodes. If the tumor invades the thyroid gland more seriously, total thyroidectomy is needed. If the primary focus of the thyroid gland is small but distant metastasis occurs, total thyroidectomy is also needed and the nearby lymph nodes are cleared. If lymphatic metastasis occurs in thyroid cancer, lymph node clearance surgery is required. If no lymphatic metastasis is found before surgery, partial regional sweeping of lymph nodes is needed. 2. Interstitial cancer: this kind of thyroid cancer is more serious and can only be operated with wide excision.
