Liver solid cold syndrome can be treated with medicines, such as Tiantai Wu Yao San, Warm Liver Decoction, and Wen Jing Tang.
Clinical symptoms of Liver Cold Symptoms include cold pain in the abdomen, pain in the pubic region, pain caused by contraction of the pubic organs, or cold pain in the vertex (top of the head), which is reduced by warmth and increased by cold, and coldness in the limbs (fear of cold).
1. Tiantai Wu Yao San, the main treatment of the liver meridian cold condensation Qi stagnation certificate. Symptoms include hernia of the small intestine, pain in the testicles due to the control of the abdomen, swelling due to partial fall, or pain in the abdomen. This formula should not be used in treating hernia with hernia pain caused by dampness-heat underflow (dampness and heat evils invading the intestines, bladder, pubic region, lower limbs, etc.).
2. Warming the Liver Decoction: Indicating deficiency of liver and kidney, and cold stagnation of liver veins. Symptoms include cold pain in the testicles, or pain in the lower abdomen, hernia pain, fear of cold and preference for warmth. If the scrotum is red, swollen, hot and painful due to the injection of dampness and heat, it should not be misused.
3. Wen Jing Tang: It is used for treating deficiency and coldness of Chong Ren (deficiency of yang qi that cannot warm the Chong and Ren veins), and stagnation of blood stasis. Symptoms such as leakage, dark-colored blood with lumps, poor dribbling, or menstruation that is ahead or behind, or late, or in a month, or menstruation that stops and doesn’t come, and so on. It is contraindicated for those whose menstrual disorders are caused by solid heat or without internal obstruction of blood stasis, and avoid eating cold and raw food during the period of taking the medicine.
Do not take cold and raw food while taking the above medicines.
