Is it better to have more or less crescent moon curves on your fingernails?

There is no clear medical literature stating that it is better to have more or less curved fingernail crescents, and modern medicine believes that there is no direct correlation between crescents on the fingernails and physical health.

There is no such thing as a greater or lesser number of fingernail crescents being better. Nails are made up of the body’s methyl synthesized into keratin, but methyl synthesis of keratin is a certain amount of time to convert, and because of the different physical qualities of the keratin synthesis of fast and slow.

Crescent curves belong to the newborn keratin cells of the methyl group, and the newborn keratin of the methyl group will appear a light cream color on the nails. The size and number of lunulae generally correlate primarily with the rate of nail growth. Some people are born with a backward growth of the nail matrix or a slow growth rate of the nails, both of which prevent the crescent teeth from showing up and make them look relatively small.

The number and size of adult fingernail crescents varies somewhat, so it is clear that the number of crescents is not directly related to health.

Fingernail crescent curve more or less is a normal phenomenon, patients do not need to be obsessed, if there is physical discomfort, should go to the hospital in time for treatment.
