What’s wrong with your back and legs when you work?

There are many reasons for back pain at work, including physiological reasons, lumbar muscle strain, lumbar intervertebral disc herniation, lumbar spinal stenosis and so on.
1. Physiological reasons: usually work tired, or a one-time many times bending over to work again when the back pain, usually after a period of rest can be relieved.
2. Lumbar muscle strain: mostly seen in the sequelae of lumbar sprain, or long-term physical labor accumulation of lumbar muscle chronic injury, caused by a work on the waist and leg pain.
3. Lumbar intervertebral disc herniation: commonly seen in middle-aged and old-aged patients with lumbar intervertebral disc degeneration, or long-term lumbar spine overload such as long-term stooping work of coal miners, weightlifters, etc., compression of the nerves, resulting in lumbar and leg pain, work is particularly serious.
4. Lumbar spinal stenosis: mostly seen in the lumbar vertebral dysplasia, indirect trauma and chronic strain repeatedly caused by hypertrophy of the ligamentum flavum, degenerative lesions, posterior vertebral plate implantation fusion complications, etc., may cause lumbar spinal stenosis, which is prone to compression of the nerves, resulting in severe back and leg pain when working.
In addition to the above causes, sciatica and lumbar dorsal fasciitis can also cause the above symptoms. If the above symptoms occur, it is recommended to go to the hospital in time to find out the cause of the disease and have regular treatment as soon as possible.
