Be thoughtful when you apply, donate without hesitation
Every bone marrow bank in the world has a certain percentage of blood stem cell donors who balk and are lost at the time of donation. The most effective way to reduce attrition and regret is for each volunteer donor to be registered with a thorough knowledge of blood science and the general knowledge of blood stem cell donation, to be familiar with the donation process, to do a good job with spouses and immediate family members, and then to fill out the Volunteer Blood Stem Cell Donor Registration Form to ensure that patients who need blood stem cell transplants are matched with them and can donate without reluctance.
There is no cost to the donor when donating blood stem cells
.
There is no fee to register as a volunteer donor, nor is there any fee for a donor who is lucky enough to be matched with a patient one day. These fees are made up of several components, including those funded by government lottery funds, donations from group units and individuals, and the collection cost fee paid by the recipient according to national standard regulations.
