Lung meridian I refers to the acupoint commonly used in pediatric massage, which is located on the threaded surface of the end joint of the ring finger or on the palmar surface of the ring finger in a straight line from the tip of the finger to the root of the finger. Lung meridian also refers to the hand Taiyin lung meridian, one of the twelve meridians in the human body, specifically located in front of the chest, in front of the inner side of the upper limbs, and on the radial side of the thumb.
The Lung meridian has the effect of tonifying the lung qi; the Lung meridian has the effect of promoting the lungs to clear heat, dredging the wind and relieving the epidermis, and relieving cough and resolving phlegm. The Lung meridian is often used to treat deficiency cough and asthma, enuresis, spontaneous sweating (involuntary sweating during the day, aggravated by the slightest movement), night sweating (abnormal sweating after going to sleep, sweating stops after waking up), etc. The Lung meridian is often used to treat diseases such as dirty-heat asthma and cough, colds and fevers, and constipation.

The first point of the Lung meridian is Zhongfu, and the last point is Shaoshang, with 11 points on each side.
The Lung meridian is in conjunction with the Hand Yangming Large Intestine meridian, which is connected to the Foot Convulsive Yin Liver meridian in the lungs and the Hand Yangming Large Intestine meridian in the index finger. The points in this meridian are mainly used to treat diseases related to the lungs, such as coughing, shortness of breath, wheezing, heartburn, chest tightness, and so on.
