It is recommended to check for antibodies to Mycobacterium tuberculosis, sputum culture, finding Mycobacterium tuberculosis in sputum and bronchofibroscopy, etc. For patients with clear and high suspicion of tuberculosis, it is recommended to go to a regular specialized hospital for treatment. For patients with hemoptysis, cough, chest pain and considering lung cancer, it is recommended to check chest CT, chest intensive CT, lung tumor markers, bronchofibroscopy, finding cancer cells in sputum, etc. For patients with clear diagnosis of lung cancer, early surgery is recommended, and for those without indication for surgery, radiotherapy and chemotherapy are recommended.
