A positive New Crown Antigen will generally show a second line within 30 minutes. The New Crown Antigen kit test will usually show the relevant results within 30 minutes after the specimen is collected for manipulation. If it is positive, then a second line will usually appear within 30 minutes, and if both lines are present, it means that it is positive. If two lines appear after more than 30 minutes, or if one line is present, there is a possibility that the results of this interpretation may be in error. The New Crown Antigen kit can be tested at home, and it is recommended to follow the instructions for the test and interpretation of the results, or there may be an error in the results. If positive it is recommended to review the nucleic acids again and report to the hospital and community as soon as possible.
