Babies with yellow eye drops and cough are symptoms of wind-heat cold. You can take Tobramycin eye drops for 3-5 days. If the cough is only caused by inflammatory reaction in the throat, you can first take Chinese anti-inflammatory medicine, such as Pu Di Lan Anti-inflammatory Oral Liquid. If there is phlegm, you can then take oral aminoglutethimide oral solution with it. The dose of medication should be given according to the baby’s age and weight.
