How to conceive a child

For couples who are both in good health, intercourse around the time of ovulation can help to conceive a child; when one or both of the spouses have reproductive abnormalities, assisted reproductive technology can be used to conceive a child if the conditions are met. However, clinically there is no guarantee of conception. If both husband and wife are in good health, with normal ovulation, smooth fallopian tubes, normal uterine development, normal endometrial thickness, etc., and normal sperm quality of the male partner, coitus 3-4 days before and after the female partner’s ovulation is more conducive to successful fertilization and conceiving a child. If one or both spouses have reproductive abnormalities, such as bilateral tubal abnormality, endometrial tolerance abnormality, weak spermatozoa, etc., assisted reproduction techniques, such as artificial insemination and in vitro fertilization-embryo transplantation, can be used to help pregnancy, if the conditions are met and the law is complied with. There are still many cases of infertility where the cause is unknown, and there is no guarantee that the couple will be able to conceive, regardless of whether they are physically normal or not. If the woman is not using contraception, has a normal sex life, and has been living with her spouse for one year without conceiving, it is recommended that she go to the hospital as soon as possible for examination and treatment.
