Grading of cervical smear Pap smear

Pap smear is clinically graded into five levels, which is the process of cervical smear when lesions need to be read, as follows: 1. Grade I belongs to the normal range, basically no inflammatory cells or heterogeneous hyperplasia cells can be seen, basically normal cervical squamous epithelium; 2. Grade II also belongs to the normal range, some inflammatory cells may be seen, but the cervical epithelium generally does not have heterogeneous hyperplasia situation; 3. Grade III in Grade III is a clinical grade with lesions, which may include mild heterogeneous hyperplasia of the cervical epithelium, or inflammatory cells, or epithelial cell changes caused by viral infection; Grade IV indicates that the cervix is definitely diseased and may have high-grade squamous intraepithelial lesions; the cells may have obvious heterogeneity, different from normal cells, but they cannot reach the level of cancer; Grade V may be a manifestation of cervical cancer, with heterogeneous very obvious cells, which are obviously different from normal cells, and there may be very obvious heterogeneous hyperplasia, which is a manifestation of cervical cancer.
