4. Deficiency of qi and blood: manifested by white color, dizziness aggravated by exertion, accompanied by symptoms such as fatigue (mental exhaustion, physical weakness), lack of energy and laziness (lack of strength, do not want to talk), etc., can be treated with Qui Spleen Soup to tonify qi and blood and nourish the heart and spleen.
