Paclitaxel albumin side effects

Paclitaxel albumin-conjugated for injection, this drug is an antitumor drug, which has a relatively good therapeutic effect on many cancers. The most common adverse reactions that occur in the course of use include the following: 1) Inhibition of bone marrow, mainly in the form of neutrophil reduction; 2) Neurotoxicity, including abnormal nerve sensation; 3) Alopecia, because hair follicle cells proliferate rapidly, so hair loss can occur when fast-proliferating cells are inhibited; 4) Abnormalities in liver enzymes, including elevated transaminase levels and alkaline phosphatase levels. Some patients may develop infections after the drug is administered, mainly due to myelosuppression, while others may observe abnormal electrocardiograms, fatigue, weakness, and muscle pain and arthralgia.
