Erythema exudative gastritis is often a description on the endoscopic report, which is what we usually call non-atrophic gastritis, and its therapeutic drugs mainly include inhibitors of gastric acid secretion, gastric mucosal protective agents, promotion of gastric dynamics, eradication of Helicobacter pylori.
1. Inhibit gastric acid secretion agent: the drugs to inhibit gastric acid secretion can be divided into proton pump inhibitors such as omeprazole, lansoprazole, rabeprazole, etc., and H2 receptor antagonists such as cimetidine and ranitidine.
2. Gastric mucosal protective agents: gastric mucosal protective agents mainly include aluminum phosphate gel, magnesium aluminum carbonate tablets and so on.
3. Promote gastric power class: such as bloating, hiccups and other main symptoms of non-atrophic gastritis patients, can follow the doctor’s instructions orally to promote gastric power treatment, such as domperidone, mosapride.
4. Eradication of Helicobacter pylori: a proton pump inhibitor + a bismuth + two antibiotic quadruple therapy for eradication. Commonly used proton pump inhibitors are omeprazole, pantoprazole, etc., bismuth has bismuth potassium citrate, etc., and antibiotics have amoxicillin, metronidazole, clarithromycin and so on.
All of the above medications should be used under doctor’s supervision, avoid self-medication. If diagnosed with erythema exudative gastritis disease, it is recommended to carry out standardized treatment as early as possible to reduce the adverse effects of the disease.
