How to determine amenorrhea?

The normal menstrual cycle is 21-35 days, with an average of 28 days.

If your menstrual cycle is less than 21 days, you have frequent menstruation.

If you have any of these conditions, please seek immediate medical attention to avoid further damage to your body. Of course, the absence of menstruation before puberty, during pregnancy, breastfeeding and after menopause is a physiological phenomenon.
