Tendonitis belongs to the category of tendon paralysis in Chinese medicine, which is often caused by over-exertion, injury to the tendons and veins, or feeling cold and paralysis of qi and blood, etc. There is no such thing as the root cause of tendonitis being insufficient kidney qi.
Tendon paralysis is characterized by swelling and pain in the tendons and veins of the limbs, gradually swelling of the muscles and joints, dark red color of the skin, and unfavorable flexion and extension as the main clinical manifestations.
The common clinical symptoms of patients with kidney qi insufficiency include mental fatigue (lack of spirit), tinnitus, lumbar and knee pain and weakness, frequent and clear urination, residual leaking after urination (after urination, there are still a few drops or a small section of urine overflowing from the opening of the urethra), urinary incontinence, and frequent nocturnal enuresis.
If you have any of the above symptoms, it is recommended that you go to the hospital in time to avoid delay.
