What to do about anxiety-induced arrhythmias

Arrhythmias caused by anxiety are usually triggered by plant nerve dysfunction. Patients with previous cardiac neurosis are prone to these conditions and can take sedative and tranquilizing drugs such as glutamate tablets, vitamin B1, vitamin B6, melatonin tablets, and in severe cases, estradiol tablets, all of which can relieve anxiety-induced arrhythmias. Severe arrhythmias can be relieved by taking medications such as heart-stabilizing pellets from traditional Chinese medicine or beta-blockers from western medicine such as metoprolol tartrate, metoprolol succinate, such as the commonly used drugs like betalactone, etc. Drugs such as amiodarone can also be taken to treat arrhythmias. But usually by controlling anxiety and plant nerve dysfunction, it is possible to relieve anxiety-induced arrhythmias.
