There are benign and malignant uterine tumors. The common benign tumor is uterine smooth muscle tumor, and the common malignant tumors are endometrial cancer and uterine sarcoma. Endometrial cancer can be detected only accidentally during census or gynecological examination, and when irregular vaginal bleeding, vaginal fluid discharge and lower abdominal pain occur, it should be detected by ultrasonography or segmental scraping as early as possible, which can effectively confirm the diagnosis; preoperative diagnosis of uterine sarcoma is more difficult, and auxiliary diagnosis can be made by vaginal color Doppler ultrasonography, pelvic magnetic resonance imaging, diagnostic scraping. The final diagnosis is based on histological examination. Regardless of which uterine tumor, the earlier it is detected, the better. Only early detection, early diagnosis and early treatment can achieve better treatment effect and prognosis, it is recommended that women over 30 years old should have gynecological examination once a year.
