How to get quick relief from back pain in the morning

3. Lumbar disc herniation: due to lumbar spine trauma and improper posture, lumbago and sciatica can occur, and local circulation is reduced after sleeping, so lumbago in the morning. It can be treated with drugs such as ibuprofen extended-release capsules, meloxicam tablets and cloxazone tablets. Surgery may be needed for severe cases.
