How to regulate cold legs

2. Medications: If you have cold legs for a long time, or even if your condition worsens, you can take medications such as Angelica Si-Reverse Soup and Radix Rehmanniae Pills (caution for pregnant women, not suitable for those with acute gastroenteritis, diarrhea with irregular bowel movements, and burning in the anus) under the guidance of a doctor to treat or regulate your condition.
3.
