There is no such thing as a quick fix for acid reflux heartburn, the main thing is to identify the cause and then give the corresponding treatment. If the cause is due to life and diet, it can be recovered by general conditioning; if the cause is due to disease, medication is often needed, and common medications include omeprazole, domperidone, and so on.
1. Dietary causes: such as consumption of stimulating foods (chili, mustard), irregular diet, etc., can be relieved by adjusting the diet structure, eating habits, daily routine and other ways.
2. Disease causes: such as gastroesophageal reflux disease, chronic gastritis, peptic ulcer, etc., can be clarified with the help of gastroscopy, barium meal fluoroscopy and other tests. Commonly used drugs are proton pump inhibitors (such as omeprazole, lansoprazole), mucosal protective agents (such as magnesium aluminum carbonate, bismuth potassium citrate), gastrointestinal tract dynamics (such as domperidone, mosapride) and so on. Endoscopic or surgical treatment also needs to be considered for gastric masses.
For the management of acid reflux and heartburn, it is recommended to consult a doctor for guidance.
