Renal tumor – laparoscopic partial nephrectomy

The patient was found to have a left kidney tumor on physical examination. The patient had no obvious conscious symptoms and came to our hospital for further examination.              The tumor was excised 0.5cm from the edge of the tumor under laparoscopy, preserving the normal kidney unit. Regular physical examination is very important for middle-aged and elderly people; renal tumors are mostly malignant and deserve high vigilance.
