The treatment of high arches is divided into conservative treatment and surgical treatment. Conservative treatment is generally for patients with high arch deformity which is not very serious, often due to muscle imbalance, local injury or ligament tension resulting in high arches, and the deformity of high arches will be recovered to a certain extent when standing and bearing weight. If the onset of the deformity is relatively short, it can be treated conservatively by wearing orthopedic shoes or orthopedic insoles, and at the same time, it should be supplemented with functional foot training and physical therapy to promote the correction of high arches. Surgical treatment is mainly for the foot arch is more serious, often involves bone arch changes, need to carry out surgical treatment, divided into soft tissue surgery and osteotomy orthopedic surgery and so on.
