What to take for reflux pharyngitis

Reflux pharyngitis can take proton pump inhibitors (such as omeprazole, pantoprazole, etc.), pro-gastrointestinal dynamics drugs (such as domperidone, mosapride, etc.) and H2 receptor blockers (such as famotidine, ranitidine, etc.).
1. Proton pump inhibitors: can inhibit gastric acid secretion, reduce pepsin activity, control the progression of inflammation, accelerate the repair of damaged epithelial tissues, commonly used drugs are omeprazole, pantoprazole, rabeprazole, lansoprazole and so on.
2. Gastrointestinal dynamics drugs: can promote gastrointestinal peristalsis, accelerate the digestion of food in the stomach, slow down the gastroesophageal reflux to the throat, commonly used drugs are domperidone, mosapride and so on.
3. H2 receptor blockers: can reduce gastric acid secretion, commonly used drugs are famotidine, ranitidine, cimetidine and so on.
Patients with reflux pharyngitis are advised to go to the hospital in time for regular treatment. All of the above medications should be used under the guidance of a doctor, avoid self-medication.
