Multiple endometrial polyps should not be used for pregnancy as they can cause difficulties in implantation of the embryo and can also cause pre-term miscarriage. For multiple endometrial polyps, surgical treatment should be carried out before pregnancy, which can be done by hysteroscopic endometrial polyp scraping surgery, after which progesterone is given to prevent recurrence of endometrial polyps. If the endometrium has uniform echogenicity and moderate thickness, pregnancy preparation can be considered, or endometrial polyps can be removed by hysteroscopic electrosurgery, after which the recovery time of the endometrium may be longer. In the case of multiple endometrial polyps, it is better to treat the polyp and then prepare for pregnancy.
