Intracranial arteriovenous malformations are mostly graded by Spetzler, which can be categorized into five grades, with one point for grade one, two points for grade two, and so on. 1. Graded according to whether it is in the functional area: if the intracranial arteriovenous malformation is in the functional area, it counts as one point, and if it is not in the neighboring functional area, it counts as zero point. 2. Graded according to size: arteriovenous malformations less than three centimeters are counted as one point, greater than six centimeters are counted as three points, and those between three and six centimeters are counted as two points. 3. According to the presence or absence of deep venous drainage: if deep venous drainage is present in the intracranial arteriovenous malformation, one point is counted, and the absence of deep venous drainage is counted as zero point. It is recommended that patients with intracranial arteriovenous malformations should consult a doctor in time and be treated actively under the guidance of the doctor in order to avoid adverse consequences.
