The difference between bad mood and depression

Bad mood = depression? When we are not happy in our marriage, criticized by our leaders, not getting a long salary, not getting a good job title, our children not learning well, etc., all of these can affect our mood and cause moments of unhappiness, bitterness and sadness, and even grief – when we encounter adversity, aggravation, unfortunate events or bad mental stimulation, people naturally experience unhappy moods. Normal emotional reactions are common, and not always depression: most of them have specific reasons, and the mood change at this time is not necessarily as serious as depression, not all day long, there are always times when the mood improves, it does not necessarily last for more than two weeks, generally with the passage of time and changes in the situation and gradually fade, and even if it occurs again later, it is often due to the touch of the scene. When you meet something you like to do, such as singing karaoke with good friends, playing ball, or having a meal, you will also feel happy. Depressed mood: amplified “low”, low mood “not proportional to its situation”, “low” is difficult to explain by the objective reality of the situation – “Mediocre”, unhappy with the things you usually like, not interested in anything “significant and persistent” – -lasting more than 2 weeks.
