How to treat diarrhea in girls

The treatment of diarrhea in girls is divided into general treatment, causative treatment and symptomatic treatment. General treatment includes a light diet and rest; symptomatic treatment includes anti-infective treatment and regulation of intestinal flora; and symptomatic treatment includes antidiarrheal treatment and rehydration. 1. General treatment: take light, easy-to-digest diet as the main, can eat rice porridge, noodles and other liquid or semi-liquid food, avoid spicy, cold and other stimulating food; pay attention to rest, avoid overwork. 2. Treatment: If there is enteritis caused by sensitive bacterial infection, antibiotics such as norfloxacin and levofloxacin can be given; if there is ulcerative colitis, Crohn’s disease, etc., then glucocorticoids and immunosuppressants should be used; if there is intestinal bacterial imbalance, Bifidobacterium tetrapartum tablets can be used for treatment. 3. Symptomatic treatment: During diarrhea, water and electrolytes should be supplemented to avoid diarrhea dehydration, and oral rehydration salts or intravenous rehydration can be chosen. Montelukast can be given to stop diarrhea, bifidobacterium tetrapunctate tablets to regulate intestinal flora and so on. For women with diarrhea, it is recommended to go to the hospital in time for treatment under the guidance of a physician.
